Ben’s professionalism and abilities in the courtroom have earned him two distinctions as “Top Lawyer” by New Orleans Magazine and an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest available rating for ethics and professional competence.

His cases have been featured in newspapers and magazines worldwide including Sports Illustrated, Le Monde, and Der Spiegel.

The year before Ben entered law school, he scored in the top 1% worldwide on the Law School Admission Test (LSAT). This score earned him the Faculty Merit Scholarship to the Paul M. Hebert School of Law at Louisiana State University. In 2004 Ben was fortunate to be able to study International Comparative Law at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 in Lyon, France.
